YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
RESTAURANTS & CATERERS
If you are a member food business and would like to provide food samples at the event for 750 people, please contact Sharon at events@fountainhillschamber.com . We are expanding the food locations to include both the lobby and the ballroom.
There will be no charge for restaurants/caterers this year, because they must provide food samples for 750 attendees.
Restaurants/Catering Businesses who will have food samples will need to provide the Chamber with the below information as required from the Health Department:
- Special Event Checklist (PDF)
- Temporary Permit (PDF)
Spaces are LIMITED and first-come first-serve.

Set up will start at 11:00 AM, all booths must be ready by 2:00
Location
The Community Expo will be held at the Community Center. There are premium lobby booths, as well as booths in the main ballroom available for purchase.
Fees/Admission
Premium Lobby Booth (electricity included): $225
Ballroom Booth (No electricity): $175
Ballroom Booth (With electricity): $185
Included in your booth fee will be one 6 foot long table, two chairs, a table cloth, and a sign with your business name.
There are limited booths with electricity, so make sure to register for your booth ASAP!
The normal registration will be August 14 - September 25.
Late registration will be from September 26 - October 6. A $10 late fee will be added to any businesses/organizations registering during this time.
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE DUE OCTOBER 6!
