FH Connect Breakfast 03/15/2018
Property Tax Presentation
Town Manager, Grady Miller will be joined by Craig Rudolphy, Budget Director, to discuss the Town Council's decision to allow voters to choose the $7M tax levy to balance the Town's budget.
On January 30 the Town Council approved the ballot for the May 15 mail-in ballot special election. While only residents can vote, all residential and commercial property will be subject to a primary property tax IF the voters approve.
The Town staff and Council have committed to use the $7M on roads, replacement/reserve, increasing public safety costs and eliminating the $36 per parcel environment fee.
Vote YES on May 15
The Fountain Hills Chamber, Board of Directors, voted to support this issue as we believe it's only viable solution to balance the Town's budget and improve the current conditions of roads, infrastructure and public safety.
Bring your questions.
Town staff will be available to answer questions.
Who can attend?
