I grew up on the Southwest Side of Chicago.  It was not quite the "Baddest Part of Town", but I learned to take care of myself at an early age. "Taking care of myself" further evolved into caring for my nutritional needs as I got older.

Now I am a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, but you can think of me as a Nutrition "Personal Trainer”.  My counseling techniques employ behavioral changes that are customized to your needs based on my whole food-plant based nutrition knowledge.  My job as your health coach is to provide you with the best nutritional guidance, so that you will be able to make better informed food decisions.

With my guidance, your journey to a healthy lifestyle will be attained through continually learning about the alternative choices available to you.

Jeff is originally from the East Coast.  He spent his younger years on Long Island, NY and his adult years in New Jersey.  Jeff and his wife Pam live in the SunRidge Canyon area of Fountain Hills.
When not conducting business with HomeWatch Neighbor, Jeff enjoys playing golf, pickle ball, hiking and biking.

He started this company because he enjoys the craftsmanship and quality behind his work. He’s just seen too much BAD electrical work that makes you scratch your head. Not only that, he is a master when it comes to the perfect lighting for your home and business. Currently he sits on the Dark Sky Association board and is YOUR dark sky lighting expert! No need to hire someone and hope it’s going to turn out right. Not any more.
