I am a Brophy College Prep graduate,as well as a graduate of The University of Arizona.  I have worked in the film/video/entertainment industry since 1989, and opened DayLite Films in 2004.  We are a Rocky Mountain Emmy Award winning company, as well as Lone Star Emmy Nominee, and have clients from Fountain Hills to Chicago to Sydney to Brazil to California and beyond.  There are hundreds, if not thousands of production companies throughout America, and only 30 Major League baseball teams . . . Two of them choose to do business with DayLite Films . . . The KC Royals and Texas Rangers have been out clients for years.  We can produce anything, just ask, and are willing to work with ad agencies, or go client direct.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Karen, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, is a veteran of law enforcement with a career in the Chicago Police Department and Federal Air Marshal Service  (FAMS) respectively. Karen is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce.
 

During her tenure with the Chicago Police Department she was assigned to Patrol, Plain Clothes Tactical Team (Tac Team), and finally with the Marine/Helicopter Unit. Karen is a PADI Certified Advanced Open Water, Dry Suit, and SCUBA Rescue and Recovery Diver as well as US Coast Guard Certified Merchant Marine Officer. 

During her tenure at the Federal Air Marshal Service she traveled the world amassing over 2 million miles providing covert security and safety to countless passengers and airline crew.

Jeff is originally from the East Coast.  He spent his younger years on Long Island, NY and his adult years in New Jersey.  Jeff and his wife Pam live in the SunRidge Canyon area of Fountain Hills.
When not conducting business with HomeWatch Neighbor, Jeff enjoys playing golf, pickle ball, hiking and biking.

As a former police officer and SWAT member, I know that there is no promise of tomorrow, and  I coach individuals to break through their fears, living a life without regret, and having the courage to be who they are meant to be.

I am an Award-Winning Speaker, International Bestselling Author, a Breakthrough Coach, who has produced my own TV show Stop Waiting Start Living and I am the  host of the Get S#*t Done podcast.

I have resided in Fountain Hills for 22 years, and I have been married to Mike Jones, Discount Air Care, for 11 years. We have three rescue dogs and a rescue tortoise. I love to have fun and celebrate life. Let's connect over a cup of coffee!

I was born in Colorado, I received my BA in Psychology at UCCS and MBA in Healthcare Administration at University of Phoenix. I help positions as the Sales & Marketing Director and a Sales Specialist in the Senior Living industry, where I assisted seniors and their families in right sizing for their needs.  Helping find the perfect residential solutions and building trusted relationships remains a passion as I connect easily with people. I am on the Board of Directors for the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, Encore for More Senior Services, Fountain Hills Community Tax Credit Foundation, TAMA -The Avenue Merchants Association and volunteer with Honor Flight Arizona and Wreaths Across America. I am a proud member of The Daughters of The American Revolution, dedicated to promoting historic preservation, education, patriotism, and honoring the patriots of the Revolutionary War. I love living in Arizona and spending time with my husband, David, enjoying Arizona.
