Job Description
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position for the River of Time Museum is a part-time, contracted position of about twenty hours per month with the primary responsibility of bookkeeping. Other responsibilities include administrative support. The position reports to the Executive Director. Candidate must have demonstrated expertise using Quickbooks for business, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be knowledgeable in the use of computers, mobile devices, and digital technology in office and retail applications. Please submit a letter describing several reasons why you are interested in working with the River of Time Museum and why you would be willing to work about twenty hours per month.
