Casey Gaskins combines all the essential skills of an accomplished real estate agent with her warm personality and fun-loving demeanor. Appealing to buyers and sellers alike Casey is well versed in Arizona real estate and familiar with the Scottsdale area.

Skilled at handling objections she is never afraid of rejection and never afraid to ask for the sale; her tenacious attitude gets things done. She honed her skills in the art of negotiation and handling objections while attending Grant Cardone's Live Real Estate Seminar.

Casey is highly proficient with website building social media management content marketing advertising and branding. Having a natural talent and love for photography she has taken several photography courses to refine these skills.

Casey has developed a true affection for the Scottsdale area over the last 20+ years. Originally from Maryland where her father was an architect and real estate, investor. She spent summers and holidays in Fountain Hills with her mother. She moved full-time to Fountain Hills in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic to be closer to family.

She understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of living in the Scottsdale area with its unmatched beauty culture and fantastic restaurants.
